I know the parts, but what came out of my bike does not match the parts diagram. See the pics below. I have a single threaded piece with a spring inside but the the diagram shows 2 smooth pcs with no threads (#18 & #19).
I've searched high and low and cannot come up with anything. The parts in the diagram are discontinued and are impossible to find.
Also because my part is threaded, it sticks & catches. There is not a smooth spring like action pushing the balancer chain slippers/guides (#16 & #20) apart. The diagram shows a smooth pin. I have no clue why mine is threaded. It doesn't screw into anything.
#18 part number is 92043-122
#19 part number is 92028-185

Which pieces do you need? I may be able to help you find at least some of them. Ed

My local Kawasaki dealer checked his database and a dealer in New York was the only one that has these in stock.

New York may be your best bet if they really have them. I managed to find
#18 part number is 92043-122 at www.themotorcyclepartsoutlet.com/cgi-bin/store/index.cgi
but the only place I could find #19 part number is 92028-185 was in Sweden at
www.partssweden.se/1979-kz750-b4/balancer
