New 2-1 Mac headers and muffler. 1979 KZ750t

I bought the mac and the carb synchronizer. I'm wondering if i need to buy anything else for the carbs or what ever?? and also what do i need to do to it besides syncing them and how would i need to do that. thnks

If you're telling the OP to check and adjust the valves, the it's page 14/12. And a really good idea.
Also grease the swing arm pivot (grease fitting on right side on swing arm pivot) and set the carb service fuel level. Check and adjust/replace the points and condenser too.
Then sync the carbs and check everything else on the bike.
Then, and only then, go ride

Check the timing advancer.
Clean and rinse the fuel tank.
Install inline filters.
Clean/polish the carb needles and seats and adjust the fuel levels.
