KZ550 next noise with video!

Hi,

i adjusted the valves, one valve was out of spec. I had a ticking noise before the valve job, unfortunally it dosent went away.

The bike runs normal but i have this noise.
Anybody knows what it could be?

If not already done, would rule out possibility of an exhaust gasket leak, which is sometimes thought to be a valve tick.
