Here are 2 places that have it in new old stock; plug in the part number (16144-006) for the quantity on hand and prices. I've dealt with both places and was always pleased.

I got it at Kawasaki.com. If you go to Kawasaki.com on left side put cursor over "Owner Information" then on drop down menu click on "Parts Diagrams." The click "Continue" next to "Motorcycles" and click on model/year/etc. on drop down. Once you get the list of parts for your bike you can click on the category of parts - such as "Air Cleaner" and you will see a diagram of all the parts for that category. Then when you click on an actual part number on the list under the diagram it will say if the Item Status is "Active." If it is “Active” Kawasaki still sells the part through dealers. Also, at that little page you can click on the yellow highlighted question mark for a cross reference of which bikes share that part or click on the red highlighted S to see earlier part numbers for the same part. Here's a site w a manual & wiring diagrams. Scroll down & click "The Bible" link. mbsween.bike-night KZ750L3 page
Some of the wiring diagrams are mislabeled in the links. An H2 is an 81 & an H3 is an 82.

For diagrams & cross-referencing, I use Kawasaki.com & Partzilla. The partzilla diagrams are easier to use, but they don't have a diagram drawing in every case (kind of annoying at times) & they tend to lump too many bikes together in the cross-ref in some cases. Double-check the x-ref at the Kaw site before getting anything anywhere. Z1Enterprises.com can get any available oem parts. Some guys like RonAyers.
