Reasen ?
It's a KZ 100, and they vibrate, ecsoecially between 2500 -3000 rpm.
If you just can feel vibration, and not worse than feel, its normal.

  :woohoo:

I was getting a vibration with the stock exhaust system, and wasn't able to isolate the problem until it was removed. Then I found the culprit...loose inner down-pipe on #4. Actually, it wasn't loose, but just close enough to the outer one to exaggerate a minimal vibration. It felt like the motor was going to blow when cruising around 4000rpm.
Not any more.

I have a 79 1000 ltd I'd doesn't feel like this. My feet go a little numb.

Could be a twisted crank. Use a TDC tool and degree wheel and find TDC on cylinder #1 and zero out the wheel. Then move the TDC tool to #4 and see where TDC is. It should be the same, or the crank is twisted.

Ok ill try that. If my cam chain is loose could that cause it? I think I here the cam chain a little bit. I was gonna change the automatic tentioner to a manual one.
