Specifically the ones I'm curious about are at the front (bottom) of the pic below. If there is a difference in dimension, it seems slight.

Eh? I think I paid less than $30 for mine, via eBay (NOS). It's the free standing one that does not require a vise, but does require a 3/8" torque wrench (old style, CRS in effect at the moment).
Does a fine job, and fast.
This ones a little more than I paid, but identical.
