Are you going to install new parts or swap old parts from the other engine? It seems like quite a bit of work to do and end up with a used unit. If you decide to use new parts I believe you will find part #13193-1062 (CLUTCH-ASSY-ONEWAY) and part #12046-1032 (SPROCKET,STARTER,58T) are all you need to renew the whole thing. The CLUTCH-ASSY-ONEWAY includes springs, rollers, and pins. It cost about $87 at ronayers.com and the SPROCKET,STARTER,58T costs about $45. Both are still "Active" parts. Ed

Its really really frustrating when you take apart two motors, buy all new gaskets, put one back together, hit the starter button, and you still have the same problem!!!
Starter clutch problems are common on Kz650,Kz750 motors. Are you sure the second motor still has a usable starter clutch, or is it about ready to fail too??? I have seen starter clutch parts look perfectly good, and once you put them back in the motor, guess what it still don't work.
Good Luck!!!
