Does the gpz1100 a2 head fit on kz1000j?
Do i need to change pistons? does the gasket head is the same?

Yes i believe the gpz head will fit onto a 1000 j motor. Not sure if the head gasket is the same.

Head bolts straight on.
Angle of the valves are different on the GPZ 'A' unitrack bathtub head (steeper) so you will have to check valve pocket clearance on the pistons and adjust to suit or replace pistons with GPZ items if using that model head.

What I would suggest is to get a set of 1135 GPz pistons from Joe Hooper. You want the set for use with PSP3x cams. They come with head and base gasket. You can run the stock GPz cams.

If you want it to fly, port the GPz head, upgrade the cams to K410's from APE & get a rack of RS36 Mikuni's from Schnitz.
