anyone one of you knowledgable gentlemen have any tips on deglazing clutch plates??? What to us...technique...etc...thanx in advance

I use new OEM frictions and sandblast the steels.

OEM kit (Friction, Steel plates and springs ~ $120 @ Z1)...

For KZ900, check your manual for tolerances on the steel plates and springs first... If out of spec then replace, only way to go....
