Including information about bike year and model is helpful to viewers and usually elicits better responses.
It's easy to put the information in your signature where it shows in all posted messages, past and future.

To change that starter clutch is a job and a half. The 750s/650s were not diesigned like the 900/1000s with the starter clutch under the magneto cover instead they flipped the starter around and burried the clutch in the bottom end. Its a lost cause if you ask me, sorry

No shit, I'm w/Ed on this one... Weekend worth of work and she'll be like new.... 
While you have her out of the frame, time for new gasket and seal set including new head gasket she'll be good as new... May as well buff out some of those cases as well... :laugh:

I'm still riding it.
I'll fix it next time I have a free weekend, I'm trying to get the damn thing to pull through the whole RPM range right now. Needs a carb tune I think.

The friggin thing wont start again.... Same turning noise but when I go to start the bike it want's to move forward and wont turn.
