Are the 1000J and 1100J Motor heads the same as a GPZ1100 head?

Same size valves, combustion chamber the same?
1980 KZ1000 with a 1982 KZ1000J motor with 1100 pistons and heads, Vance & Hines, 29MM Smooth Bores, Work in Progress

Jay is same as early GPZ1100. Not the bathtub 1100.
