Been missing a grab bar on my 1982 kz 1100A shaft and was wondering if anyone knew what models are compatible with it.

no, the grab bar that mounts behind the seat.

The chrome grab bar for that model is unique to it specifically, but the 1100-D Spectre (rubberized one) will fit the A model as well.
