Cylinder Hone/ Glaze Buster

3" (75mm) Engine Cylinder Flex-Hone for all engine applications utilizing a 2.600" to 3.055"" or 63mm to 78mm bore, 240 GRIT. Do you think this is adequate grit for standard new ring application on a kz1100?

Yes, that should work fine. I like to use lots of WD40 when I deglaze, clean the bores with Hot Soapy water when you are done, then rub in 1 drop of oil per bore to keep rust away.
