GPZ oil pan into KZ750 H LTD

It is not finished yet, but I took some pictures of the mod I´m making to my KZ750 H LTD.
I am installing, the next winter, a GPZ 750 oil pan (needs a paint job first). I welded the hose connectors to a little piece of metal, wich previously I cut my self and made a circular o`ring cavity. Put some Viton o`rings there, I hope it doesn`t drip oil in the future. Black color was done by heating the metal piece and soaking in used burnt oil.
The oil pan did not have the oil level sensor, so I made an aluminum cap with and o`ring for sealling purposes... may be in the future I could install a temp sensor...
The coller (no pictures yet) is an used one from a Harley Davidson Shovelhead, I am also including the HD thermostat.
What do you think till now?

You could not locate a GPZ oil cooler also?
A little trick you might be interested in.
Add a washer or two to he relief valve that is in the line right before your cooler fittings
Be careful, there is a check ball with a spring with some pressure.
I used a Phillips screw driver pushing down in the center of the washer to hold the spring while I removed the snap ring.
Add a washers to double or triple the original and reassemble.
This will increase oil pressure.

It is not dangeorus to increase the oil pressure?
I was searching for a GPZ oil coller, but price was a bit high to me. I bought the HD shovelhead cooler and thermostat for USD 2 plus shipping.

On an engine with some wear on the bearings it will not hurt but help.
On a stock low mileage engine there is no need for it.

I keep getting an oil leak out of the cooler fittings. I replaced the o-rings and still it leaks slightly. I think the bottom right (viewed from front wheel) threads are stripping out - would there be any reason that oil would leak through that hole? Would there be a problem in drilling it out and cutting bigger threads?
Sorry to hijack your thread.

i'm looking for the pan and the cooler but i can't find this part:
where do you get it?
Do you have to do something extra to make all the system fit?

i Have a KZ750 LTD H1 . .... i'm looking for the pan and the cooler but i can't find this part (oil cooler fitting):
From the topic post I think he made that fitting.
ps: you might be able to use an oil cooler & oil pan from a ZR750 (ZR7 or ZR7S from around 1999-2005). not sure.??? ... From the diagrams at partzilla the ZR7s uses the same oil pan gasket.
