clean/kleen air emissions system

curious as to where the vacuum hoses go at this point. why link 2 cylinders together, won't that cause a slight indifference in the synchronization? is is possible to use 1 vacuum hose? I would like to keep it as it produces more factory hp on the years that have it.

UK bikes don't have it and they make the same power, it's nothing to do with power output.

The emission system is just what it says, It helps reduce exhaust emissions by rerouting the crankcase vent into the motor to be burnt off.
