see what I get for buying used electronic devices on the internet. my ignition switch does not have power going to all the wires when it is on. is this a problem and should I get a new one for my 80 kz750h?

1.How many wires are going in and are going out.

2.What colors are the wires going in and going out.

3.This will determin if you have the version you might need.

about 6 wires in the connector 2 weren't getting volts I spliced one for the taillight and the dash lights don't work but are getting juice to the wires I think. maybe the bulbs.

oh there was just a bunch of crud on the metal parts inside it it is all better now. while I had it apart I took the blinker indicator lights and stuck them into the speedometer-speedo lights, :woohoo:
