I don't have a baffle in my Kerker.is there a simple way to make one.Can I just perferate a piece of muffler pipe and weld it to the end cap,or is there more to it than that. I'm more concernd about baffleing the cops than the sound. Or can I Buy one somewere

The perfed pipe welded to the end cap trick worked for me when I lost the baffle out of an old Denco pipe I have.A local muffler shop did the work and seemed to have everything needed.

You can also buy them direct from Kerker (SuperTrapp) for a fee... They re-organized their web site, which allows direct purchase, or maybe just call 'em on the phone -- I've had good luck with communications to them. For example, they sent me a replacement Kerker label for my megaphone (it fell off) for free. Very nice of them.
