cylinder head Z1000J was created by z900750sei
Hello, I have begin to restore my Moto Martin with Kawa KZ1000J (Z1000J) engine. Cylinder head is broken and someone nearby is selling KZ1100 Head. Does anybody knows if I can put Kz1000 head on Z1000J?

Your question is a little confusing. no you cant put a 77-80 kz 1000 head on a j model motor. but i think you can put a kz1100 head on a kz 1000 j but wont swear on it.

I know I can't put 77-79head on J model, but J model is 81-83 and kz1100 model (gpZ1100 in Europe) have the same engine as J but bored to 72,5mm. So I want to know if there are any diferences between this two heads .
