Replacing Clutch Cable
05 Mar 2013 21:19
I know this is probably a dumb question, but I need some details on replacing the clutch cable on my 1976 kz400. The cable runs into the clutch cover on the left side of the bike. I haven't taken the cover off yet, because I dont have a garage I can work at for the moment, so I didnt want to make a mess in the parking lot.
Should I be nervious to take this cover off, or is this a very simple job that I have made into a big issue?
Thanks,
-Bob

a correct manual is important when starting to work on bikes...easy job if 'you' can get the cover off and common sense, put things back in reverse order....if you get stuck...post a thread with pictures and folks will walk you through
