It was easier to ask for forgiveness than permission for one
(a friend told me that and he was right)
and the other one- she can't park in the garage anyways. there's no room with the bikes in there, so what's one more?

The bike was posted on Feb 16th, the add is still up and the seller said its still available a couple days ago. If somebody else wants it go for it! If I didn't have the Shaftie and a second bike I would buy it.
I totally agree with you about stuff owning a person. I'm comfortable with the stuff I have now, a couple years ago I had a 1946 airplane and must have worked on it 3 hours for every hour I flew it. No doubt that thing owned me.
