just put a new head gasket on..might have to take the head back off,,bikes never been started,,should i get a new head gasket????

I don't know exactly what you are saying, persay but if you have non used the head gasket I would guess with the torque specs that are so low due to the aluminum engine that a non used head gasket should be ok.

I reuse head gaskets all the time. I use copper coat on both sides and let it cure over night. Roy

copper ,you can anneal and coat for reuse . :huh: oem fiber head gasket, you may get away with reusing after spraying with copper coat sealant.
:pinch: cometic graphite will probably self destruct upon removal......IMO, the graphite is the best to use for the street , no leaks.
