ANYONE RECOGNIZE THIS SET OF PIPES THEY FIT THE CYLINDER HEAD OF KZ 1000 D-1

It appears it goes over the top of the motor like the old funnybikes.

Yeah, over the top drag race stuff. Maybe custom but pretty nice none the less.

A little but still, not uncommon to see one a little crooked. It looks to be a RayJay flange indexed upwards, again, not uncommon on funny bike stuff.
