Anyone know how I can get the oil window out of the clutch cover so I can powder coat it?

Don't know what bike you have, but on my 650 it just tapped out and a new one taps back in. Get a new one, it's sealed in rubber and put it in dry. I used a wood dowel and hammer to change mine.

Years ago on my Z1R I had the same symptom, but cured it with a tip from a magazine. I can't recall just what the procedure was but you may not need to replace the window.
