ring installation
14 Feb 2013 21:02
order four sets of rings from z1...the top ring is supposed to have a n mark or a dot on the upfacing side...and the website says the ring is chamfered...well..there is no mark and if there is a chamfer on the ring edge it must be so miniscule that you need a microscope to see it...any help greatly appreciated as i do not want to install them wrong...

You can always call Z1 back and talk to their technical department. They are very knowledgeable and know their products.

Had the same problem with rings from z1.I took them to a local motor cycle mechanic he could not find any marks or chamfer eather and said he didnt think it would matter which way it went so I put them on .No problems so far. Would be a good idea to contact z1 though.
