Don, you need to tighten your fan belt and buckle! Do that after you grease your muffler bearings.
While your at it, check your kanutin valve.

Let us know how you do.

I did a search and found an obsolete eBay listing that states:

"NEW Piston CB750 Big Bore Kit Piston 900CC Haindt TOHO 67."

See: www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp=les%3B&gs_r..._gc.r_pw.r_qf.&cad=b

and I found an image showing this:

Just measure the thickness of the top and middle rings.
Probally the same as Wiseco or MTC. 1 ring is cast iron, other one is chromed on the edge.
Oil scrapers are all the same.
Plus Hastings makes custom rings too.

Start measuring! Go buy a cheap Harbor Frieght digital venier caliper.

Ok I measured. Got some mixed readings. Probably the cheep harbor freight caliper.
The top ring is 2.945 next one down is 2.98.
Measured the cylinder it was 2.834
Piston measured very top right above first ring 2.81 after first ring 2.808 bottom of piston 2.832 2.834 2.835. This is where I got mixed readings.
There are some wear marks on side of piston and insided the cylinder.
And I just found a hair line crack in cylinder see picture. What is my next step here? Can that be fixed?
