Machine shop
20 Jan 2013 21:29
Hello, I'm in the Chicago area and I'm looking for a machine shop to do the
head on my 78 KZ650. I want new valve guides and the valves and seats cut.
I've tried Redline and they don't do them. No time. So any other shops around
here that can do a simply valve job?

No place local that "I" know of but you should look up and PM LarryC or APE Jay from this forum .
Both have top notch machine shops, I've heard good things
Be careful who you go to , and don't trust a automotive shop .

Play it smart and check with z1e for valve availability first. Just in case
