Ford valve shims for kz was created by wireman
I seem to remember there was a certain model of ford engine that used the same shims as a kz does anybody know a year/model off top of their head?

I have a hundred shims but the last time i sent a header i got the shaft

Wikipedia - Ford SHO V6 engine - note the mfg.

From a KLRforum.com topic: Ford Taurus SHO models to 1995 used the same 29mm diameter valve shims. IF you can locate a kit at a service department, they will have more thickness options for adjustment.

the shaft...now that is some funny shit...not what happened ...just have not heard that in a few years

send me a couple dozen and i'll send em back when i do mine ,and the ones that came out ,wrapped in a 20...and pay postage

I had an 89 SHO, cool car. I'd bet it had quite a bit more than the advertised 220 horsepower.
