People build 810 motors not sure on your year in specific. But not to be rude but if you want more power have you ever considered buying a 900 or 1000 or bigger bike?

Hey powerstroke,,,I have bigger bikes with this one it's about having one of the original rockets, by the way I started riding street in 83, and taking that O.G. bike and making it compete with these new bikes that the rider only relies on h.P. to win,,, you should sewe the looks i get on my GPZ750 it still is beautiful to see...

Plenty of people have done it and the Wiseco kit is known to perform well. Do some searching and reading on here. Whether you feel it is worth it is down to your individual perspective. Tuning a bike costs time and money, but you do get to learn and some people enjoy that more than just buying a more powerful bike. If it interests you and you can afford to do it (in both time and money terms) then do it. You don't need to know anything before you start. We all started off knowing nothing...

I read your first post. You wanted the following.

Oversize Pistons.
Milling The Head.

Why would you mill the head? If your trying to raise compression, most piston kits like Wiseco will raise compression 2 points with no need to mill head.

A performance upgrade is done to provide two basic things....more air and more fuel in and out of the engine creating increase of HP and torque.

I have not heard you mention the performance adds below to name a few. Not all need to be done but should be considered.

1. Carbs. (You did mention)
2. Cams.
3. Header.
4. Porting Of intake / exhaust ports.
5. Air Cleaner Pods.
6. Proper Oil / Gas.
7. Setting Up Crankshaft.
8. Electrical Wiring Harness Condition.
9. Electronic Ignition.
10. Coils.
11. Spark Quality.
12. Head Work / Valve Guides / Valves / Valve Clearance.

You need to think about this, talk to people who have been there, read material and call experts comming up with a solid plan. These performance items are very exspensive and need to be selected in a certin order to work properly. Many on here will be glad to help.
