79 Kawi 650. Hard to start--but runs good after starting it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could be problem with choke system? not a gr8 carb guy?

Hard to start could just be operator error. :laugh: Remember, for cold engine - fuel on, kill switch in "RUN" position, key on, choke ON, tranny in neutral, clutch lever pulled in, DO NOT TOUCH THROTTLE at all, press starter button - should start. If not, battery may be old and not up to snuff. Ed
