Get your carbs out of sync, then say thatRTGPZ wrote: I would say dig a lil deeper ,but my 83 gpz doesn't rattle
Rattle on the lower left side is usually the primary chain (inside the motor), if it only does it at idle then it's almost certainly the primary. Sync your carbs and it should go away.
Nothing to worry about either way, and there is no adjustment.

First Permanent ride the Z1R since Dec1977 (220,000km) as of June 2015
Second permanent bike 1989 FJ1200 dyno'd 140RWH, great bike.
Third ride is now the Frankenstein 1981 GPZ1100B1, 1983 fully recon motor fitted LOVE THIS BIKE

at the drag strip Friday night.
Throught I'd trashed my motor.
Turned out the glass in the left bar end mirror came loose
and was vibrating bad.
1980 KZ650 F1
ZX750A1 motor.
Wiseco 810cc kit.
Zukiworks racing ported head.
VM 29 smooth bore's.
Dyna 2000 Ign. w/Dyna mini coil's
APE cylinder stud's and nut's.
APE valve spring's.
