Width of collector / ODD KERKER FOUND??

I would love to ditch the sidewinder for a kerker.

where the 4 pipes go into the collector under the oil pan....could you please tell me what the greatest width of the pipe is.....in relation to ground clearance....

i'm not sure i understand the question. but the Kerker has a 2 1/2" OD collector.

If you are talking of clearance of the collector, the double-stacked exhaust pipes of a Kerker system won't fit under your motorcycle (as pictured in your avatar) w/out hitting the ground at every bump in the road. I haven't met a Kerker yet that didn't have dents just anterior to the collector with a normally sprung motorcycle...yours is considerably lowered.

To answer your question (I think), the double-stacked exhaust pipes at the collector are about 2 3/4" thick...the pipes are mounted within 1/4" of the bottom of the motor.

Yes...all thoughts to the bike and stance are correct. Thanks for OD of collector.

marving has a 4 into one that has the collector with the head pipes side by side instead of stacked.

i think it would be cool to use the four flat collector then use a kerker meg and a custom mid-pipe to connect them,use some dual exhaust head pipes and voila .

Never seen a quick release kerker before....any ideas on this one....whats it worth?

the guy said its good no dents...minor scrapes on collector....orig finish....minor rust..all parts there

Any ideas guys to what it is....if its rare and what its worth??

ive seen pictures of them before, maybe a racing pipe.
