Checking to see if you figured out your problem?
I have a 550A1 with pods anda 4-1 exhaust. My main jets are 95 with the needle clip in the 3rd slot. The mixture screw around 2 1/2 turns out. Seems to work good for me.

When measuring the coil resistance don't forget to allow for the resistance in your multimeter leads, regards Neiljason289 wrote: got 14 + volts at battery when revving so im all good there.although I should replace my coils for cheap insurance.It's a carb tuning issue in my opinion.going to make some changes and i'll report back.
