81 kz550 ltd exhaust collars and carbs.

i have two problems with my bike right now, one, the exhaust doesn't have a very tight fit to the engine block. i was wondering if there was any gaskets other than the two rounded pieces that i could get. the second issue is the carbs are overflowing from the drainage tubes on the bottom. i tightened the screws that block the drains, but it still overflows. the floats should be set correctly, so i was thinking it may be the float needles, any input? thanks guys.

hey martin_csr, yes, not the 4 collars, but the 8 half moon ones that you are also in there. like a rounded piece of sheet metal with a lip on the end. i already have the manual, but it doesn't say anything (that i can see) about the gas leaking out of that spot specifically. this is the first kawasaki that i've worked on, it was 2 yamahas before that.

thanks so much patton, i couldn't find those anywhere. i'll check in the morning to make sure they aren't in there. any ideas on the gas leak?
