KZ1100 Cylinder Sleeve, got one? was created by Motor Head
Hey I need one KZ1100 Cylinder sleeve for my big bore project, so it will get bored. It can have scoring or rust in the bore, no biggie. Just need one to finish up my big bore project, not in a hurry, sometime in the next couple of months or so. thanks.

Or the part # from LA Sleeve or Wiseco, stock or going to 75mm bore?

I Finally Heard Back from LA Sleeve and got the part #. KA169, I found one on Feebay new with free shipping for $53. On its way.

Got the sleeve, but found it is a Big Bore sleeve that needs both the block and cases bored out. I was looking for a Stock external size sleeve. Try again.
Still looking for the Stock 1100 sleeve. :dry:

Anyone know what sleeve would be the stock replacement for the KZ1100 cylinder block? Found it to be KA744 from LA sleeve. I'm trying to return/ exchange sleeves, so hopefully it will work out.
Looks to be 3.080" OD, 4.540" Tall, and 4.015" at the top flange.

All Done, ready to be put together once a few more parts show up.
