Sidewinder install. was created by zukdave
So since no one ever made a sidewinder pipe for the small four's
I picked up a KZ900/1000 V/H pipe to cut up and make fit.

Started with cutting about 2" off the old header to make some adapter spigot's at the head.
Then cut the collar's off the S/W pipe and used a ratchet strap and pulled the out side tube's in to
fit the 750 head.

Next was trim the tube's to bring the pipe closer to the motor.
Ended up cutting at the rust line from the collar's.
When I pulled the one and four pipe's in the no. 1 tube raised up about a 1/3" so I put two
thin cut off wheel's on the grinder and cut it low behind the center tube's to help hide the weld
and the worked dead nut's.

Good work. How are you supporting it in the back. It looks like there might be something there in one of the pictures, but I can't tell. Any clearance issues? looks a little close to the road.

Right now the back 1/2 is just hangin by a bungee cord.
Gonna do an offset piece of tube to move it up and in next
to the swing arm.

Stock foot peg still bolt's on but I need to work
out the brake pedal.

After readin about how much you need to cut one
to fit my little motor that's BS.
Other then triming the tube's at the head I cut ONE tube ONE time.

Looks like it belongs there to me,How much bigger are the tubes than your old pipe?
I wonder how its going to affect your jetting, maybe you can experiment with differant baffles to keeop from losing too much torque if the tubes are much bigger B)

Wireman the old primary tube is a snug fit inside the
new primary tube so one tube size up.
I think the new is about 1 9/16" inner
