oil leak

Hey guys, you've already been a lot of help and I've only been on here 2 days. I have another question for you though. I have a leak coming out of my head. I'll try and post a pic to show you guys but I'm not promising anything b/c the pic posting is still a little shaky. How hard would this be to fix? Is it just the gasket? How much to get it done by a local mechanic? Thanks

Ok so zooming in didn't work for me. You can still kinda see it if you squint and turn you head to the left. Sorry about the bad pic. I'll try and get another tom.

valve cover gasket,tach drive seal?could be a lot of things try tightening the bolts.
