kz750 ltd h2 exhaust problem was created by steelhorseangel
hi kzr's

angel here from the uk!

my project bike is nearing completion.
being in the uk i can't find a suitable
4-2 exhaust system? i don't want a
4-1, as i like the balance look of two mufflers/
exhausts from the rear view.

my local motad sales rep. advised me
that a 650cc twin muffler system would
work on my 750cc bike. i don't think this is correct.

1) the mufflers are not megaphone shaped.
they're larger. they force the main stand down,
causing a danger to me and others.

2) i assumed the motad sales rep. is an expert
on exhaust kits and bike models.

3) the exhaust hanger/main stand stop
was grinding. i thought i'd an engine fault.
i spotted the overlapping metal and removed with
a hacksaw. that helped.

i wont ride the bike now, with the main stand
forced in the wrong angle. scary!

the motad company has admitted liability and
is arranging collection/refund etc.

does anyone know where i can
purchase a twin muffler system please.
there are none in the uk?

will i've need to have rejetting done
due to being an aftermarket system?
main jet is as manual, 62.

anyone know where i could buy an oem
one from please?

stainless or chrome?

many thanks wrenchers and riders!

regards
