Header pipe

Anyone out there know if I can use a 80 gs1100 header pipe on my KZ1000 A? I know it bolts to the motor different, is this a problem and what exhaust gaskets would I use?

If anyone has this set up can I get some pix please?

Cylinder spacing is the same but the motors are at different angles with respect to the vertical. KZ1000 motors are close to vertical, while GS1000 motors are tilted forward from the vertical. What this means is that the header is angled differently for old school Kawasaki versus Suzuki.

Know anyone with a good chrome header for KZ1000 A???

Kawasaki Mike has one but I'm afraid it's angled too much.


Anyone know about a 02 gsxr 1000 header? I can get one of those cheap right now in SS, ANYONE know if it will work?
