what do you guys feel like a fair selling price

hey guys I was wondering what a fair selling price is for a 1976 KZ900 was. heres the ad I posted

1976 Kawasaki KZ900. The bike has a cafe style seat and bars and a custom paint job. The paint is in need of touch ups and the carbs need to be tuned in. The bike starts fairly easy and runs decent once the carbs are tuned It'll rip I just don't know much about them and dont have a lot of time or money to mess with it. I just bought a new battery for it and cleaned the carbs and tank. The previous owner had the top end valve guides and valves rebuilt. I just recently bought the bike but money is tight and a winter layoff is looming so I'm regretfully selling it. The bike also comes with three milk crates full of spare parts that I got with it. For a little bit of money and elbow grease whoever buys this will have a fast (tuned in it'll go over 140mph) unique bike.

Im just looking for a decent price to put on it BTW i live in upstate NY if you think that matters. Attached is a picture of it
