just curious if anyone has a pic of a clutch pushrod in good shape...mine has some intermttent wear marks on it and am wondering if it is contributing to my trans problems..

a good rod has NO marks. If the rod is worn to the point it hangs...get a new one or a good used one.

ask the forum for a good used one. I have gone to the forum for parts and couldnt have been more pleased with the quality of part....plus you are dealing with people who know about kawasaki inside and out.

Over the pond, I had the same problem but solved it by going to a local steel stockist and bought a length of 6mm silver steel, cut it to length and polished the ends, problem solved for about $10
