That 104 in lbs should be 96 in lbs(8 Ft Pounds)for the M6 x 1 bolts. Also the cam bearing cap bolts should be no more than 66 inch pounds(5.5 Ft Pounds). More than a few Kawasaki and other manuals are wrong for these torque values.
