KZ750 exhaust gasket? was created by Cdiver
I have a 750B twin. One of my exhaust ports on one of the heads is leaking a little bit. Is there somekind of dougnut gasket that I can replace or is my pipe messed up. Anyone wanna get rid of a 2 into 1 set up?

There is supposed to be a copper O-ring in each port for the pipe to seal against.

$1-$2 at Z1 Enterprises.

Great! This will help me put off having to spend $350 for a new pipe for a little while longer.

I had to also add a peice of wire hanger to the spacer of mine to add needed space to properly seal it. SOOOO much beter now. just bent it into a circle around the pipe to add about an 8th inch gap.

I have to use two copper donuts on one side of my 750 twin. Aloways been that way regardless of type of pipe. Don't know why, just is that way. I superglue two donuts together then install on that port.
