Saw this exhaust on Craig's List and wanted to know if it's a genuine Murray exhaust and if it's worth $140? Also is it a better pipe than a V&H Pro-Pipe that I have for my 1428cc engine I'm building?

Can't tell if that's a Murray pipe as I've never seen one (that I know of) but from what I've read many times....a Murray pipe is much better then a V&H pipe. Build quality and able to make HP is better with a Murray. If it isn't bent underneath the pipes, it would be worth $140 no problem.

It's not that easy to declare which particular pipe would be better for your 1428cc engine. Comes down to a lot of factors when you're trying to figure that out and ultimately both pipes would have to be fully tested on your engine when it's completed and tuned to each pipe.
One may give better ET and the other may give higher MPH or something of that nature.
For $140 it's a steal

I don't know if they're for sale or not. The ad states "call bob at 440-742-1327, more kaw parts to be listed both stock & dragbike!" so it wouldn't hurt to give the guy a call.
