I was under the assumption that this was in the ballpark of 81-83. It has Mikuni BS34 CV style carbs with a single main jet, and a single fuel pilot jet. They have vertical oriented fuel screws on the top. The mains are 127 and the pilot are 37.5

The mid-1980's was the time of the great change for all the Japanese manufacturers...all were going to water-cooled motors and radically changing body styling. In Kawasaki, the early GPz bikes (ZX750A and ZX1100A series, for ex.) still used the earlier KZ-style motors (which is reflected by the earlier KZ numbered VIN's). Similarly, The KZ1100A and KZ1100L series were replaced by the ZN1100 series, which used KZ1100 motors with KZ VIN's. KZ motors were still being used in the ZX750 line through 1988 despite that the KZ750 line ended in 1984. The air-cooled ZN series lasted two years and was fundamentally replaced by the V-twin.
