Spark plug torque figure KZ900 was created by pig9r
What is a good torque figure for spark plugs on a KZ900?

Nothing in the manual and I am confused by all of the choices on the NGK site.

new plugs come with a crush washer...use anti sieze on the threads ..tighten em hand tight then feel the washer crush as you go a few turns more...ride it..let it cool down and check to see if you can easy get a little more...easy is enough..imo

FSM for 1977~79 KZ1000 says 18.5~22.0 ft-lbs.
