no spark in her life!

OK, so I recently changed cylinder head gasket and was oh so careful to not mess up the timing and am confident it went back together perfectly; I also went to pods. Long story short, the bike startedperfectly prior and now I cannot get spark? If I arc plugs 1 an 4 against frame, lots of spark, but without arcing the do not spark at all which seems I have a ground issue? Also 2and 3 won't spark no matter what I do... thoughts?

Which ignition is under the points cover -- Points? Kaw elec? Dyna-S? Other?

Points... but I got it running, was steered in the wrong direction on jetting, went back to 100 and fired right up!
