77kz 1000 bolt next to foot clutch?

Can anyone tell me what the bolt that is riight under the 1 n234 stamp on the block and is like a foot long and only threads on the end. It some how came out when I tightened it back in there and now my clutch feels like it is always engaging. Is that some type of clutch adjuster?

You sure it's like clutch always engaging? If I'm understanding what your getting at I would say the clutch is slipping. To put it simple, tighten all the bolts that are on the same cover as the bolt your referring to, then adjust your clutch handle to have the amount of play you like. If your not able to get the results you need, post up again and we will get farther into the problem
