Yes youll need the split collars from 77 motor,probably need to modify the rear brackets from exhuast to frame B)

The 2 pieces that go on the header tubes where the bolt to head on each cylinder behind the big cast pieces the studs go through. B)

They are what grips the exhaust pipes, so the exhaust clamps will hold the system to the exhaust ports.

I think the split collars are not used on the 82, I see that there is a thick collar on the headers. Is anyone familiar with this?

My 1982 GPz 1100 B2 has the split collars. It came with them, and is used on the Kerker on it now.
I understand the Suzuki copper washers(gaskets) are thicker than the Kawasaki one's are. Z1 sells both gaskets.
