VERY HOT.
my 1200cc kz sees 230* at 70F without an oil cooler.
OMR has some data on a 1075.

My '73 Z1-900 (10.5 - 1 pistons, mild cams, pipe, Mikuni 29 smoothbores, etc.) will easily see 220+ degrees F oil temps without bike movement. One time oil temp hit 255 degrees F during a massive 10 mile traffic jam on a nearby interstate (I got off the interstate to cool the engine off, then took surface streets home). During Bike Week in Daytona, friends and I were stuck in traffic and oil temp hit 225 degrees in 46 degree air temperature on the beach. Once moving however, oil temps drop to 180 in a few minutes.
By the way, this bike has big oil cooler. Using 10W-40 AMSOIL MC oil dropped oil temp about 10-15 degrees, so I dropped running 20W-50 oils some time ago as a result.
Rigging up a thermostatic-controlled fan for the oil cooler or the cylinder block/head would really help during periods when the bike is not moving in air temps are high ... or low.
