Can anyone out there help me! Previous owner did a number on the drain plug. Of course won't tighten. Anybody have a fix? Any thoughts to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome aboard! It would be helpful it your put the year/model of your bike in your signature line. Many KZ's have removable oil pans, but some do not, so the repair may depend on which model you have. Ed

An auto supply store such as Auto-Zone may carry an oversize self-threading oil plug.

Or it may be possible to tap the stripped hole to accommodate a larger plug.

Good Fortune! :)
